A park that admits a large day population has to issue at a gate, survive several hours of immersion, and reclaim or write off the band at close. Comfort matters, but the binding constraints are queue speed at issue, whether the band drives a locker or a spend account, and what happens to a band that leaves the site.
Silicone suits this pattern because it tolerates repeat cleaning and reissue. The material follows the workflow; we settle issue, re-entry, locker pairing and end-of-day handling before format and quantity are fixed.
