Build the water-park band for immersion and controlled stock.
We manufacture silicone RFID wristbands for repeated wet use and controlled-duration bands for defined visits, then pack sizes and access classes for the park’s actual receiving route.
Wet-use construction is only half of the production brief.
A water-park band must remain wearable around pools, slides, showers, sunscreen and repeated movement. It must also arrive as countable stock that admissions, locker or hospitality teams can identify without mixing sizes or access classes.
We specify the body, closure, embedded credential, artwork and pack division separately. That makes it possible to change a visual class without silently changing the technical product, or to revise packing without reopening the artwork.
Silicone is built for repeat wet exposure
A silicone body is the starting direction for a reusable water-park credential because it tolerates repeated wet handling and can be formed around an embedded module. Standard 15, 20 and 25 mm width directions are available where the product design supports them, with final sizing approved from the physical sample.
For a short defined visit, a controlled-duration band may be more appropriate if its body and closure have passed the intended exposure test. The material decision is recorded before colour and logo work begins.
The credential is confirmed at every intended reader class
We supply 125 kHz LF and 13.56 MHz HF/NFC credentials when the installed system supports them. The test scope identifies admissions, lockers, hospitality or other reader classes separately. Success at one reader does not prove operation at another.
If the band is intended to carry more than access, the additional workflow is documented and tested by the accountable system team. We manufacture the confirmed credential; we do not infer a cashless or identity function from frequency alone.
Sizes and access classes stay visible in packing
Different sizes, colours and printed classes are recorded in the order matrix. A distinct artwork remains subject to the 500-piece minimum per design. Inner packs carry size and class identifiers, while the packing list totals each approved variant.
This structure supports central receiving followed by distribution to admissions, cabanas, lockers or resort desks. The carton plan is approved before dispatch so the receiver knows which seals can remain intact until stock reaches its issue point. Stock held for later replenishment receives its own pack reference, keeping reserve units out of the opening allocation and making a partial receipt visible before the park begins issuing bands. Damaged seals are reported against that reference.
Reusable stock requires a return route
A reusable band programme needs collection, cleaning, inspection and retirement criteria. Those decisions affect how many bands are packed as new issue stock and how replacement orders are referenced. We record the manufactured batch but do not represent an unverified cleaning process as part of the product.
For reorders, the park confirms the current size mix, artwork, credential and destination. Reusing an old purchase description without those checks risks repeating a band that no longer matches the reader estate or issue policy.
When this product direction is wrong
Paper-fibre cards and moisture-sensitive bands are wrong for repeated immersion. A rigid CR80 card is wrong as an all-day wearable where guests would need a separate holder that has not been included or tested.
Reusable silicone is wrong when bands leave the park and no return system exists. If the operating model consumes every band once, we specify an honest controlled-duration product or stop the reusable claim rather than manufacture avoidable cost into the programme.
