These terms apply to your use of rfidcaribe.com. They describe who operates the site, what the published information is and is not, and how quotations and third-party references are handled.

Everything published on this website — product pages, specifications, guides, briefings and indicative descriptions — is provided for information and planning. It is not an offer, and it does not form a contract.
No statement on this site should be read as a warranty that a product will operate with a particular access system. Compatibility depends on the installed system, the credential technology it supports and the encoding workflow it expects, and is confirmed for each property before production.
Specification figures describe the standard product platform. The binding specification for any order is the one recorded on the approved quotation and product proof.
Quotations
A quotation becomes relevant only when it is issued in writing for a defined specification and quantity.
Each quotation states its own validity period and its own exclusions. Where a quotation does not expressly include freight, duties, taxes, brokerage or destination handling, those items are excluded.
Production time runs from artwork approval. It is not a delivery date, and it does not include international transit or destination handling.
An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing against an approved specification and proof.
Third-party marks
All third-party marks are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to a third-party system indicates compatibility only and does not imply affiliation, authorisation, sponsorship or endorsement.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep published information accurate and current, but technical environments, materials and destination requirements change. Information on this site should be checked against current documentation before it is relied on for a purchasing or engineering decision.
