Your information, handled with care.
This notice explains what information RFID Caribe collects through this website, why it is collected, how long it is kept and how you can ask us to change or remove it.
This website is operated by Keystone Credential LLC, trading as RFID Caribe.
We collect only the information you choose to send us. When you complete the enquiry form, that is the property or group name, the delivery destination, the product direction, the estimated quantity, any installed-system details you share, your work email address and any timing or notes you add.
We also receive the ordinary correspondence that follows an enquiry — emails, attachments, specifications, artwork and quotation history.
We do not ask for payment card details, government identity documents or any special category of personal data through this website. Please do not send them.
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, to prepare relevant product and technical guidance, to produce a quotation and to support the correspondence that follows. It is not used for unrelated marketing and it is not sold.
Where a request requires input from a production or logistics partner, only the details needed for that specific task are shared, and only for that task.
Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed to answer the enquiry and to handle any resulting quotation, order or correspondence. When an enquiry does not proceed and no further contact is expected, the record is removed.
Where a longer period is required — for example because an order was placed and records must be kept for accounting or warranty reasons — the information is kept for that purpose only.
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Standard server logs may record the technical details of a request, such as the page requested and the time it was requested.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
To make any of these requests, use the enquiry form on the contact page and begin your message with “Privacy request”. We will treat it as a privacy matter rather than a sales enquiry and respond to it directly.
If this notice changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be described rather than made silently.
