Manufacture the band for wet use and compact receiving.
We build silicone, woven and controlled-duration RFID wristbands around wet exposure, wear period and the space available to receive and issue them at a beach club.
Material and packing both have to survive the operating day.
A beach-club band moves from a dry receiving carton to an exposed wrist, often within a compact issue area. The construction must suit water, sunscreen, heat and repeated handling, while the packs must remain easy to count and protect before use.
We translate that use into a manufactured body, closure, artwork zone, credential specification and carton plan. Guest experience is the result; the production record begins with the material and the receiving constraint.
Silicone and woven bodies answer different briefs
Silicone is produced for repeated wet exposure and can suit a reusable programme when collection, cleaning and reissue are real operating steps. Woven fabric gives a softer single-stay or event-like direction, with the closure selected for the required level of transfer control.
The embedded credential is confirmed independently of the body. We supply 125 kHz LF and 13.56 MHz HF/NFC options where supported, but the frequency label alone is not approval for a reader or cashless function.
Artwork is built for the printable area that exists
A narrow band cannot carry the same information hierarchy as a hotel card. We set the club name, colour field, numbering and any visible access class within the approved print or weave area, then provide a product-specific proof rather than shrinking a poster design until it technically fits.
Each colour or guest class that changes the artwork is a separate design, with a minimum order of 500 pieces per design. We identify fixed and variable elements so a future reorder does not accidentally reuse an expired date or access code.
Small receiving areas need deliberate pack divisions
Beach clubs may not have a warehouse team. We can divide units into labelled inner packs that a front office or admissions desk can count without opening the entire production quantity. Outer-carton labels match the packing list and the receiver’s own reference.
Moisture protection is maintained through transit and dry storage, but packaging cannot repair an unsuitable storage area after arrival. The receiving brief identifies where sealed cartons will be held and who will inspect them before issue. We also record whether stock is accepted by the club itself or by a separate island contact, because the carton label and handoff sheet must name the party who can count and report an exception.
Reorder control is tied to consumption, not guesswork
Reusable and controlled-duration bands consume stock differently. We keep production references by material, colour and credential so the club can report what was actually issued and request the correct repeat. Quantity, artwork status and destination are reconfirmed for every run.
If several beach clubs share a design family, their orders can be packed under a group shipment while remaining separable by location. A common visual system does not remove the 500-piece minimum for each distinct design.
When this product direction is wrong
A coated-paper or fibre-based wristband is wrong where it will remain immersed, rubbed with sunscreen and worn through repeated water activity. A reusable silicone band is wrong where there is no practical collection and cleaning route at exit.
A wristband is also wrong when the club’s only confirmed reader environment accepts an existing card format. We will produce the supported credential instead of using a wearable merely because it looks natural beside the water.
Start with the property, use case, destination and what is known about the installed access environment.
Three controls before release. Each stage is reviewed separately so an attractive product direction never substitutes for technical or operational confirmation.
