How are RFID wristbands customized?

Four decoration methods cover the catalog: molded embossing and debossing plus screen printing on silicone, full-color sublimation on fabric, laser engraving or UV printing on wood, and 1-4 color printing with sequential numbering on Tyvek. The method is decided by the material, not by preference - silicone cannot take photographic color, and sublimation only works on woven fabric. Durability

Which decoration survives pool water and sunscreen?

Molded and infused methods outlast applied ones. Embossing and debossing are formed in the silicone mold itself, so there is no printed layer to wear away. Sublimation dyes the fabric fibers rather than coating them, so the artwork cannot peel. Laser engraving removes material permanently. Screen printing - on silicone or cotton - sits on the surface and is the first to show wear in high-friction, wet environments, which is why we position it for shorter deployments and indoor use.

Color Strategy

Should color carry your branding or your operations?

Both, deliberately. Brand color makes the band feel like part of the property; operational color - different colors for different access tiers, wristband types, or guest categories - is what your staff read at a glance across a pool deck. The two jobs conflict when every tier ships in brand colors, so decide early which band attribute (body color, print, closure) carries operations and which carries brand.

Artwork Process

What artwork does a custom order actually need?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, or SVG) for logos and text, color references for anything that must match brand standards, and a decision on decoration method per the matrix above. From there the sequence is fixed: we return a digital proof, you approve it, and approval starts the published production clock - 5-21 days depending on configuration. What is the difference between embossing and debossing?

Embossing raises the design above the silicone surface; debossing recesses it into the surface. Both are formed in the mold rather than applied afterwards, which makes them the most durable decoration silicone offers - there is no printed layer to wear off in pool water, sunscreen, and daily friction. Debossing can also be paired with color infill for contrast.
