A band or a fete series registers a large population in advance and issues against that list. The credential has to carry a number that ties back to a registration record, survive multi-day wear in heat, and resist casual transfer between people.
We plan the numbering range and its visibility with the organiser before artwork begins, because whether the number is printed, encoded or both determines how the issue desk works on the day.
A credential worn continuously across several days in heat and rain is a different product from one issued for an evening. Comfort stops being cosmetic — an uncomfortable band gets removed, and a removed band gets transferred. The closure decision follows the transfer policy, and both are approved on a physical sample.
Where a series sells different access levels, staff at a gate need to distinguish them at a glance in low light. We combine colour with a durable printed mark rather than relying on colour alone, and we keep the marking clear of the module area identified during approval.
Corporate and energy-sector room stock runs on a steady year-round rhythm with conventional room credentials. It should be specified, numbered and stored entirely separately from festival populations, so a Carnival surge never consumes room inventory.
Registration systems, entitlement rules, ticketing and access permissions belong to the organiser or the property. We manufacture to the approved range and report what was produced.
