RFID wristbands for festivals

Produce festival wristbands as controlled issue batches.

We manufacture woven and controlled-duration RFID wristbands as countable issue batches, with artwork, closure, variable data and carton divisions approved before the event stock is released.

Decision framework

The band leaves production already organised for issue.

Festival stock is most useful when a gate team can identify the right design and sequence without rebuilding the manufacturer’s count on site. We align the physical band, credential, visible class and packing reference as one controlled batch.

Caribbean events may receive through a promoter, production office or local logistics contact. The shipment record names that handoff and keeps each day, zone or staff population separable inside a consolidated delivery.

The wristband body is chosen for the event period

Woven fabric suits soft multi-hour or multi-day wear when the selected closure provides the required issue control. Coated-paper or other controlled-duration bodies can suit shorter use where the material, print and fastening have been tested for the actual exposure. Silicone belongs only in a deliberate reusable programme.

The embedded credential is confirmed as 125 kHz LF or 13.56 MHz HF/NFC against the supported event environment. A generic RFID label never replaces a sample test at the intended checkpoint.

Artwork classes become separate production records

Day, zone, staff and guest classes may use colour or printed text, but each distinct design is approved and counted independently. The minimum order is 500 pieces per design. We do not merge several low-quantity variants and call them one design when the printed result is different.

Variable numbering or codes are imported from an approved source file. The proof identifies the fixed background, variable field and readable sequence, and the production check reconciles the first and last accepted records before packing.

Pack divisions mirror gates and issue desks

Finished bands can be divided by event day, gate, accreditation desk or numbered range. Each inner pack shows a factual identifier and quantity. The outer carton and packing list repeat those divisions so the event team can move sealed stock without losing the batch record.

A consolidated shipment can contain several event classes, but physical separators and document lines keep them distinct. If a carton is delayed or damaged, the organiser can identify the affected allocation rather than treating the entire order as uncertain.

Late changes stop at a defined release point

Artwork, data and packing instructions each receive an approval status. Once production has been released, a new sponsor mark, date or zone colour is a revision, not a casual correction. We isolate the affected batch and confirm what can still change before promising an outcome.

The receiving contact and event reference are checked again before dispatch. A correct wristband delivered to an obsolete production office is still a failed handoff, so destination confirmation stays separate from manufacturing completion. If the local receiver changes, the shipment file is revised and reissued to every party holding the previous version; a message to one coordinator does not update the carrier or gate inventory plan. Revision control continues until collection.

When this product direction is wrong

A reusable silicone band is wrong for a festival with no collection, cleaning or controlled reissue process. A soft band with a reversible closure is wrong where preventing transfer between attendees is a stated requirement.

RFID is also wrong when the event has no confirmed reader, issue software or accountable test owner. In that case a well-controlled visual wristband may be the honest product; we will not embed a credential simply to make the band sound more advanced.

Bring the system.
We will narrow the product.

Start with the property, use case, destination and what is known about the installed access environment.

Three controls before release. Each stage is reviewed separately so an attractive product direction never substitutes for technical or operational confirmation.
