Curaçao's leisure demand is weighted toward dive and water activity rather than large all-inclusive campuses, and Willemstad adds cruise-call volume that arrives and leaves inside a day. Smaller room counts and repeated salt-water exposure change what a credential has to survive.

A property with a modest room count consumes credential stock slowly, which makes artwork stability and storage discipline more important than frequent redesign. A design refresh that would be absorbed in weeks at a large resort can leave years of obsolete stock at a boutique property.
We plan the smallest sensible reproducible range, hold the approved sample as the reorder reference, and keep variable data disciplined so a later top-up reproduces the approved object rather than an approximation of it.
Chlorinated and salt exposure age a body and a closure differently, and a band specified for a pool deck is not automatically specified for repeated sea immersion. Where dive or open-water use is intended, the approved sample is tested in that pattern, and the limits are recorded on the approval rather than assumed from the material name.
A cruise call or a day-pass arrival is a same-day credential with no return relationship. Mixing that stock into room inventory makes reconciliation at close impossible. A visually distinct, separately numbered day range keeps the count honest without requiring a reader at the exit.
The reorder record holds body construction, finished size, credential requirement, artwork revision, variable-data range and packing label. A future order starts from that retained sample, not from a product name in an email — which is what protects a property that orders once every two years.
