A cruise pier on one island, a quieter resort market on the other.
Basseterre takes cruise volume that moves through attractions and tours within a day, while Nevis runs a smaller, longer-stay resort pattern. A single procurement decision usually has to serve both, and they pull in opposite directions.

Cruise-day stock is consumed fast, in bulk, with no return. Resort stock is consumed slowly and reconciled. Buying them as one undifferentiated quantity means either the day operation runs out or the resort holds years of surplus.
We split the order into separately labelled, separately numbered ranges tied to the receiving operation, so consumption can be tracked per island and topped up independently.
A consignment landing on one island and moving to the other is an internal transfer controlled by the operator. We label cartons so that transfer is traceable to a product, a range and a box, but we do not promise inter-island transit times or handling.
When two populations share a store room, the simplest protection against issuing the wrong one is that they do not look alike. Body colour, marking and packing label are chosen to make a mistake visible before the credential reaches a guest.
A modest room count does not justify a family of near-identical designs. A single stable design with disciplined variable data reproduces reliably and avoids stranded stock at the next refresh.
Tour operator arrangements, shore excursion access and permissions remain with the operators and the property systems.
