RFID credentials for all-inclusive resorts

Build the credential set for the whole resort receiving plan.

We manufacture CR80 hotel key cards, silicone wristbands and woven wristbands as controlled product lines, then pack each line around the resort group’s approved receiving and issue plan.

Decision framework

The product set and the shipment structure are designed together.

An all-inclusive property may issue a room card at reception, a wearable for pool or cashless use, and separate credentials for staff or contractors. We do not treat those as one generic accessory order. Each product keeps its own technical specification, artwork proof, quantity and release record.

Caribbean receiving adds another layer: cartons may be accepted centrally, moved to a property store and then divided between front office, leisure and engineering. Our packing schedule makes those handoffs visible before the goods leave production.

Cards and wristbands remain separate manufactured products

Our standard hotel card body is CR80, 85.6 × 54 mm and 0.76 mm thick. The embedded credential is selected only after the property confirms whether its environment requires 125 kHz LF or 13.56 MHz HF/NFC support. A matching resort wristband can share the artwork system, but it receives its own construction and credential confirmation.

That separation matters during production. Colour, finish and numbering can be coordinated across the set without pretending that a card and a wearable are technically interchangeable. The approved specification states what each item is built to do and which access points remain outside its scope.

Design quantities are released as traceable batches

The minimum order is 500 pieces per design. For a resort with several guest tiers or property zones, we record each design as its own batch rather than blending quantities into one total. This keeps proof approval, variable data and replacement stock tied to the correct artwork.

Where several properties share a visual system, common elements can be controlled through a master artwork file while each property name, colour or identifier remains a separate approved version. Production does not begin from an email attachment whose status is unclear; it begins from the signed-off version in the order record.

Packing follows the receiving handoff

We can divide finished credentials by property, department, issue desk or approved numbering range. Inner packs carry a plain description and count; outer cartons carry the destination reference supplied by the receiving team. A packing list mirrors that structure so the receiver can reconcile cartons without opening every unit pack.

This is especially useful when a group shipment reaches one island contact before being distributed to several resorts. The physical packing plan and the commercial documents must describe the same divisions. If the consignee or final receiving point changes, both are revised before dispatch.

Reorders use the approved production reference

We retain the product, artwork and packing reference needed to reproduce an approved item. A reorder still requires the property to confirm quantity, destination and whether the installed access environment has changed. It is not released merely because the design looks familiar.

Replacement stock can be planned by product line rather than as an undifferentiated resort total. Cards lost at checkout, reusable bands awaiting collection and single-stay bands consumed at issue create different reorder signals, so their production records stay distinct.

When this product direction is wrong

A reusable silicone wristband is the wrong product where the resort has no collection, cleaning and reissue process; the return assumption would exist only on paper. A woven single-stay band is wrong where the closure and wear period cannot meet the property’s transfer-control requirement.

A combined card-and-band programme is also wrong when the installed readers support only the existing card credential. In that case we manufacture the confirmed card and stop the wearable line before proofing, rather than shipping a coordinated set that cannot perform its stated function.

Bring the system.
We will narrow the product.

Start with the property, use case, destination and what is known about the installed access environment.

Three controls before release. Each stage is reviewed separately so an attractive product direction never substitutes for technical or operational confirmation.
